Bongo Records is Bongo Fleva and Bongo Hip-Hop foundation. We can hardly talk about “new generation music” without mentioning Bongo Records which for years, under P-Funk, has produced iconic artists that have shaped what the nation is now enjoying.
When I met P-Funk last year at his studio, he mentioned his desire to sign a bunch of new artists with discipline and talent because he understands there are so many talents in the country which has not been tapped. If that was a promise he was making to me, he is about to fulfill it.
